Job Overview

Are you someone who finds joy in bringing order to creative chaos? Do you thrive behind the scenes, ensuring everything is right where it needs to be? We’re looking for a Content Organizer & Management Assistant to support our video production team by transforming raw footage into an organized, accessible, and efficient content library. In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our videographer to label, catalog, and manage video content, enabling our editors to create high-quality content faster and more efficiently. Your attention to detail and passion for structure will help unlock the full potential of our footage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and label raw video footage with clear, consistent naming conventions
  • Organize all media assets in Google Drive and maintain an efficient folder structure
  • Assist the videographer in sourcing, identifying, and retrieving relevant clips for projects
  • Create short clips and selects from existing footage when needed
  • Help flag standout content for marketing or promotional use
  • Ensure the digital workspace remains clean, navigable, and up to date
  • Collaborate closely with the video and editing team to optimize workflows

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with digital file management or content organization (formal or informal)
  • Familiarity with Google Drive and basic video file formats
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Comfortable reviewing large volumes of video content
  • Basic video editing skills (using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) are a plus
