If you are qualified, a recruiter or interviewer will contact you via email to schedule the initial interview.
Client Interview Coaching
Before the candidate meets with the client, coaching is provided to help them prepare. This can include mock interviews, discussing common questions, and guidance on how to present themselves confidently and professionally.
Client Interview
The candidate participates in an interview directly with the client. This step is crucial as it determines whether the client believes the candidate is a good match for their team or project.
Then the waiting begins...
If the client is satisfied with the interview, the candidate is offered the job. The recruitment process concludes successfully with the candidate being hired.
